1. Payment

All payments are carried out securely through Stripe which is integrated into the FreeToBook booking system linked to this website. Account balances must be paid by credit, debit or switch cards.

A valid credit/debit card is required upon booking and your card will be charged the full amount of your stay 60 days before your arrival date.

If your arrival date is within 60 days of your booking date, you will be charged the full amount of your stay upon booking.

2. Damage

Any damage caused to the property or its contents will be charged for pending an apartment inspection upon your departure. This also includes loss of keys and/or key-card.

3. VAT

VAT is included in all prices listed on FreeToBook.

4. Rates

Prices per night may vary depending on time of the week and national holidays, this is reflected in your total price at the time of booking.

5. Check-In

Check-in is from 3:00pm (direct bookings only) to 10:00pm. If we are unable to meet and greet you upon arrival, your apartment keys will be left in a coded box located at the entrance to the property. We will notify you of the key collection code and main entrance access code before your time of arrival.

6. Check-Out

Check-out must be no later than 10am on your day of departure to allow the apartment to be cleaned and prepared for the next arrival.

7. Cleaning

Apartments are cleaned and towels are changed once per week (on day 8 after arrival if staying for more than 1 week).

8. Beach Towels

Guests are required to bring their own towels for beach use. Provided towels must stay in the property.

9. Special Requests

Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply.

10. Valuables

Guests are responsible for the safekeeping of their own valuables.

11. Fire Safety

All apartments are up to date with fire regulations.

12. Behaviour

Behaviour of guests should not be excessive or rowdy, and must not cause embarrassment to fellow guests. We reserve the right to recover any compensation payment as a result of your actions, or a member of your party. This includes damage to the property, fixtures and fittings.

13. Pets

No pets are allowed on the premises.

14. Stag/Hen or Similar Parties

We do not accommodate stag/hen or similar parties and are advised to find alternative accommodation.

15. Smoking

Smoking is not permitted inside the property.

16. CCTV

In some public areas CCTV is in operation and video recording may be made. This activity is carried out for the security of all our guests and staff.

General Information

Although every effort has been made to ensure the accuracy of the information set out on our website and marketing campaigns, we cannot accept responsibility for any errors or omissions, and reserve the right to vary, amend, supplement or cancel any of the information or offers featured on our website or email campaigns or otherwise at any time.

All details are correct at time of going to print, however may be subject to change from time to time.

Comments & Complaints

As a valued guest we wish to ensure you enjoy your stay with us, to help us with this please complete a feedback form at the end of your stay, we monitor these forms daily and take appropriate action to reward any positive feedback and resolve any negative comments.

However, if there is anything that you are unhappy about please inform us so that we can deal with it as early as possible. This should in the first instance be made to the proprietor at the time of your stay so that we can attempt to resolve it immediately in the interests of all parties.


For the unfortunate reason you need to cancel your booking, please make sure you cancel your booking within 30 days before your arrival date to avoid payment being charged to your credit/debit card. This can be done by contacting Meadow View Apartments by telephone or sending us an email stating that you would like to cancel followed by your name and booking details. All contact information can be found on our Contact Us page. Cancellations will be counted from the date received.

  • If cancelled less than 30 days or less before your arrival, the full charge is non-refundable
  • In case of a no-show, full payment is still charged
  • If you are unable to complete your full stay, we will not be able to offer a refund
